Rededication Day 1

I'm getting ready to go on a 3 mile walk in the park and then another 3 miles when my friend gets out of her zumba class. Then when I get home I'm going to do at least 30 mins of Dance Dance Revolution. I won't be doing this much working out every day, but I'm just trying to get myself back into the groove.

Weighed at 194 this morning.

Goal is 150.

This is what I was like my senior year and it is what I want to look like again.
